Brothers,

My congratulations to our Council on celebrating our 34^th Anniversary.  Our Anniversary Dinner Dance was held at the Manor East Restaurant and it was truly a wonderful event.  My thanks to the brother Knights and their families for attending.  A special thank you to our Dinner Dance chairman Ralph Matragrano and his committee for planning and arranging the event.  Also, my thanks to Charlie Buonocore and his committee for putting together an excellent Journal.  Finally, a special thank you to Mike Alliksen and to his family for two great years as our Grand Knight.

It takes the support of all our brother knights and their families to make our council a success.  I believe this was accomplished in the past 34 years. In that time our Council performed many good works and it is my hope that these good works will continue in the years ahead.

At this time I would like to congratulate the new slate of officers and pledge you my support in the coming Columbian year.

My term of office is coming to a close.  It has been a most challenging and memorable year for me.  I think we’ve accomplished many good things.  May our Council continue to grow in love and service to God and one another.
